The ems is a multimedia school and training centre for groups and individuals working in or with the media. Participants learn entirely new skills or they can brush up on and improve existing knowledge.

ems Training Philosophy:
Radio, television, internet: The ems offers a first-class vocational multimedia training for young journalists. The curriculum covers developing journalistic core skills, technical knowhow and soft skills. Individual accomplishment and excellence are leading principles of the entire education as well as being the foundation of our admission policy for future new students.

In addition, the ems offers TV internships for young people during occupational orientation. Following a series of intensive TV courses, interns get the chance to experience actual TV production work at the editorial department of Xen.On, a training-on-the-job facility on the ems campus.

The ems also offers apprentice training positions for digital media designers, adhering to the official guidelines of the chamber of industry and commerce.

Training is either held on the clients’ premises or at the ems. The ems provides technically well equipped training facilities and studios offering all necessary hardware and software compontens needed for individual practise.
